Of course, companies must also decide if this type of management of curriculum is best for its employees. There may be some instances where social interactions are absolutely necessary in order to derive the maximum learning power of a training lesson.

It is important that the company who uses learning management for training purposes that they recognize when it is necessary to conduct face to face workshops versus having impersonal training via a computer.
